I have never done this in OSX, however I did this all the time in OS 7-9.x and the process seems different. In those days one need Thursby's Dave to do this, but these days its all built within the OS. Okay so lets say I only want to share one file how do I do this? Also is there a way the Windows 7 user can screen share with my Mac? I have Office 2011 installed on my Mac and the PC user has Office 2010. Thanks..

The easiest way is to use OneDrive since Office set up to use that, DropBox works well. I'd not worry about networking, since Dropbox/OneDrive seem so much simpler imo

Download and install on both computers a program called
TeamViewer. It's free. I use it all the time to screen share with my parents when they are having computer issues. There is also an iPad version.
