Sharing on a Mac?

I think I've turned off all my sharing but when i go into my files I see Shared networks that I can access on the left side bar. These people are on the same network as me and I'm wondering if my name appears on the side bar like there's even though my sharing is completely off??

If you have disabled sharing, then your Mac cannot be accessed remotely. Looks like the other people have their sharing enabled as you can see them.
