'Sharing Only' accounts?

I see in Preferences | Users & Groups I now have a new 'account' on each of my macs (MBP and Mac Pro) called Sharing Only.

Can anyone explain what these are and why they are there, I don't share anything and never saw these on Mavericks. Can I delete them, what do they do? Any info appreciated.
