1. Why do some sharing options display on the top row of the sharing menu while others show on the second? Is there some significance to this? Some 3rd party apps seem to show on the top row while others on the 2nd.
The top row is supposed to be a share using <appname> whereas the bottom row is more of an action type behavior. For example if you edit a photo using the photos app and have camera+, pixelamator or Photoshop express you can apply filters from those apps directly into the photos app.
