Sharing public folder to Windows 7

My dad and i are trying to find a solution to constant USB handling for sharing files between our computers. He has a Windows 7 desktop pc and i have a MacBook(early 2011) running Lion (10.7.2).I tried enabling sharing files and when i logged in from the PC i saw ALL of my folders and disks which i don't want. I only want the public folder to be shared.

What to do so only 1 folder will be shared?
