Sharing purchased music on iTunes with non-networked Macs

The iTunes license allows you to share your purchases with up to five other computers. But is it possible to do this on non-networked Macs somehow?

The first song I ever bought on iTunes was on a friend's Mac. So how can I get hold of the file, without importing it from a CD I mean.
 
Flash drive, CD, hard drive, etc. Just move the file via some physical means if you can't get online with that computer for some reason.
