Sharing Second HDD

I have OS 10.4 on a 1.8 ghz G5. I recently picked up a second hard drive, and it's working great. The only problem is, my roommates all use Windows XP, and can't see the second hard drive on the network, but can access the primary fine. Is there something special either they, or I have to do to allow them to access it?

i have this same problem. the mounted external is located in the directory:

/Volumes/External_HD_Name

i dont' know how to set this to a shared folder

You need SharePoints...

For some reason Apple don't provide a GUI to share anything other than your public folder. Unless you feel comfortable on the command line, download and install the above. Hope that helps!
