I am looking for an app, service or product that will let me share my iPad screen with a computer running Windows or OS X.

I have some presentations I prepared over the weekend using Keynote on the new iPad, and I want to present them to my coworkers using the wireless projectors that my company has deployed. The idea is that I would be connected to the wireless projector through my laptop, which would be showing what's on my iPad screen. This would allow me to walk around the room and control the Keynote presentation remotely.

I did quite a bit of research online, and found that the iPad can mirror the screen using AirPlay. The challenge is that this seems to work only with other devices on the same network that have AirPlay input enabled, such as the Apple TV. My question is: are there any AirPlay-enabled applications on Windows or OS X that can mirror the iPad screen?

Thank you in advance.

P.S. I also tried apps like GotoMeeting and Webex, but those go one-way: you can share your desktop monitor with the iPad, but not vice versa.

Take a look at Splashtop Presenter. Some nice features. You can make notes or draw on a presentation as well.
