Sharing Time Capsule and Privacy

I am thinking of getting a Time Capsule to share in our home.

CAn you let me know though about privacy using this. Will other users be able to access the drive and see the files that other users have backed up?

When you first set it up with Time Machine and you get to the part where you select the backup disk, just check the box I showed to encrypt the backup. This way nobody else can access it. You will need Mountain Lion to do this.
