Sharing your laptop display with a desktop

Hi everyone

I own a mac book pro. Is it possible to use its display as screen for a dell desktop workstation, i´m thinking about buying. In case yes, which adapters is nessasary?

Not possible, at least in no way will you get a full resolution, good response rate, and good frame rates.
