This is a shark devouring another shark. According to the accompanying article, it's not completely unheard of, but it's not common either.

But look at that thing. Fugly as sin, and well camouflaged to catch its prey. Never seen anything that looks like that...and I sure wouldn't want to meet it on the bottom of the ocean. :eek:
 
And I thought I had seen it all when a burmese python in Florida exploded after eating an alligator in the Everglades in Florida..
