Sharp 3100N Printer setup

I have a Sharp 3100N printer connected to our network. The PC's print fine but the Mac doesn't
It is running OS X 10.6.7 and I have downloaded and installed the driver on the Macbook Pro but every time I go to print something it says "Printer paused"

It is connected to a Linksys WRT54G router
