I bought an iPhone 6 16GB on launch day and really loved the seamless and round design. But after 4 weeks I realised my mistake as 16GB just didn't cut it for me so I upgraded to the 128GB.

On day one with the 128GB I already noticed inconsistencies in the design in comparison to the 16GB. The volume button can be slightly moved up and down and the mute switch even more so. Also the sim card tray is sunk deeper into the case, making the case not seamless and feel sharp around that point. I also feel sharp edges on the bottom where the screen goes from the screen over to the case.

My question is if others experience this too and if Apple would swap my 128GB for another? I've been using it for 2 weeks now.

Call them and explain the situation (or visit an apple store/apple genius). If the phone is not in a condition that it ought to be, then they need to replace it.

Yeah I should've brought it back but I didn't have the time yet sadly and I thought that maybe every model has some imperfections and I just wanted to use the phone.

But nobody else has these characteristics? Then I'm going by the Apple Store later on.

I don't have this imperfection that you speak of on my 6 Plus 128 GB. I'd take it back and have it swapped.

I just came back from the Apple Store and they said I first have to try to get it replaced by my provider and if they won't do it I can make an appointment at the Genius Bar and hope they will replace it. I also wanted to buy the Air 2 too today, but I didn't feel like it anymore as you can imagine ;)
