Hi all. I shipped a slotloading iMac G3 (slot loading) from my parents' to my place. Despite my best effort to pack it well, it still got damaged. One of front mounts the CRT is attached to shattered. The one on the other side is slightly cracked. The unit still works and seems physically stable but I’m curious if I can/should do anything about it.

Pictures attached. Thanks!

If you’re good at 3D printing, you probably could mock up a replacement print off the unbroken mount.

The weight of the crt makes a lasting glue/weld of the mount bits unlikely. If the unit is still stable as is, I’d use it that way minus a busted mount & go after the shipper for a claim.
