Simply, what's the point of this app? I was trying it out, and it seems like it's basically a collection of bookmarks+search engine. If there's more to it than that, please let me know and I'll use it some more but if the bookmarks+search function is really all there is to it, I'll gladly send it to the trash.

Used to me more to it under OS 9.0, but since the introduction of Dashboard, it's really been neglected. I'm not sure that it will even appear in Leopard.

I feel like it is old news that has been replaced by Spotlight and Safari. If you NEED the space it wouldn't be missed.

I don't really NEED the space, but in the interest of keeping things neat-and-tidy I've been busy deleting unnecessary apps/unneeded printer drivers and organizing my media (unlike the godawful mess that was my old Dell) so Sherlock is off to the Trash basket.

Thanks for the quick responses--as a Windows-to-OSX switcher, I genuinely appreciate the assistance.
