Shinza Zeroshock sleeve vs Sfbags Waterfield sleeve

I was wondering if anyone's owned both/ either Shinza Zeroshock sleeve or the Sfbags waterfield sleeve and can offer their thoughts on which might offer better protection / craftmanship / etc.

I can't say enough good about the Waterfield sleeve! Best thing I ever did for my notebooks. Have had 3 notebooks, and each had its own sleeve. Have given them as presents and they have been wildly appreciated. Recommended highly!

I bought a Waterfield sleeve from another MR user and it was worth every penny, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate to buy one at MSRP.
