My Nov. 17 - Nov. 24th shipment of an SG 256, T-mobile IPhone X, has been stuck in China since I got an original shipping date of Nov. 14th. UPS "My Choice" was showing a delivery date for today, but the tracking showed it still in China(?) I called UPS this morning, and they told me this wasn't UPS's fault, but that Apple has a contractual agreement that slows everything down.

This is from a UPS Chat this AM:
Let me tell you that we have a contractual agreement with some shippers (Apple), which limits the amount of packages that can be handed over to UPS on any given day, when this amount is exceeded, as in this case, the packages may experience delays. We need first to complete those packages that were given to us in previous days before we can export those that were recently shipped. My best advise is to keep on tracking the package on ups.com for further updates.
