Hello,

Just a quick question for the Canadian posters here, how long did it take for your MBP to arrive from Shanghai, China once the box is confirmed for shipment? My order still reads as "Not yet shipped".

It would be sweet to get a little heads up to when I can expect this to arrive at my front door although I am already anxious with anticipation .

BTW, I am on the West Coast (Vancouver).

I ordered mine in around the beginning of april and received it on the 14th.

I had standard shipping (not express) and it took 2 weeks which is not bad.

if it's not CTO it's usually in 2-3 days

i just got mine from China... it took 5 days (excluding weekend) for a CTO MBP
(Ontario) free standard shipping.

you should have a tracking number link on your order.
mine was shipped with UPS for some reason.

I ordered mine (CTO MBP with standard shipping) on a Thursday in June, and it shipped on the Monday. It sat in Shanghai for a couple of days. It finally left Shanghai on Wednesday. On Friday, it arrived (Toronto).

Mine took a week from the time it left china. It's was an agonizing week sitting and waiting for it to arrive. First it went to Alaska and then bypassed me (manitoba) on the way for kentucky, then to ontario and finally to my house. This macbook has been all over.

Hi all,

Thanks for the replies.

Hopefully the new mbp will arrive sometime later this week - first time doing a CTO from the online store and didn't think replacing the hdd to 7200rpm would take 1-3 days.
