Shipment

Hi, I have recently purchased a 15 inch Macbook Pro from the online Apple Canada store, and it has hit into some sort of snag in terms of shipping. I was wondering if anyone here can explain the terminology to me? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The package was probably supposed to clear customs and then get transferred to another shipper who would then deliver the package to your house. The other shipper was not approved by UPS, meaning they had no contract with each other. So UPS is searching for another shipper to use.

Probably not a big deal. It shouldn't delay things too much.

UPS would be able to help you better than we can though. Give them a call.

I understand now. Thanks a lot for clearing that up. It doesn't seem to be anything too serious then.
