If you received a tracking notification it will be delivered in the next 36 hours, most likely. Apple is shipping all pre-orders with next day air. So hang in there.

That's preparing for shipment, not shipped. It's also not a pre-order. You may not get next day air.
Usually the tracking number is created but hasn't been scanned through the shipping company so that's why you can't see any immediate updates.

You get a tracking number even if it doesn't exist in UPS's systems, yet. The tracking number is simply a preprinted barcode that will get slapped onto the package and makes its existence clear when it actually gets used for tracking purposes.
