I found this pretty interesting: ordered a 12 Pro Max in Pacific Blue for my mom yesterday.

Standard free shipping would be around Xmas arrival. But the option to pay $9 will guarantee it to arrive today.

Well long story short, phone arrived today. Apple literally hired PostMates to grab the phone at the Apple Store and delivered it to me. Weird that Apple didn’t have pick up option...and also best $9 I spent to save a month of waiting. Lol

Im surprised it didnt have the pick up option.

If you ordered the 12 pm it woukd be between 12/11 to 12/18 estimated delivery.

Yeah I found it weird no pick up option too. But it’s ok- $9 for next day delivery isn’t bad!

Wow id spend that $9 in a heartbeat too Not to wait a month.

IIRC Apple has a deal with Postmates for local deliveries from stores, which is that $9 option. I’ve seen it in my area as well when the local stores have stock.
