Shipping back MacBook

I am shipping back my MacBook back to Apple and I have already erased all the data on it and reinstalled Leopard on it. Now I am on the screen where it says "Enter Your Apple ID". Can I just not enter the account information done and shut down the computer then ship it to Apple? What am I supposed to do?
