shipping confusion

So i decided to order my first Mac..but i'm thoroughly confused about the shipping. First, I saw it is coming from China..okay..well, thats fine I guess..then it says this...can you explain?

Why hasn't it left China..it said it did on the 17th?

It has left China

It may take up to 24 hours for carrier to update their tracking and it may still be on its way from China
