iPod shipping from US apple store to UK

when i was on the apple store's website i noticed that US prices for the new ipods are much lower than UK price (in the US i could get a 60GB ipod for the same amount as a 30GB in the UK). would there be a way of ordering an ipod from the US apple store for delivery to the UK?

You need a credit card with an address in the U.S. and the delivery address must be in the U.S. also.

Have a friend in the US buy it for you and mail it. Take your chances with customs and VAT.
