I need help understanding how shipping works because i'm buying my mom an "ipod nano chromatic-purple" off the internet so I can get engraving and the factory is only 3-hours away.....so I want to know how long it might take and I chose the free shipping, not the ten dollar one......this is the fist thing I have ever ordered from the internet help pls
