I ordered a 16gb touch on the 11th. it was supposed to be delivered the 12-17th. I don't have it. FedEx says:

Package received after FedEx cutoff

so it hasn't been updated in 4 days. what is going on?
so, is anyone else having issues with this? this is driving me nuts.
 
I had a similar thing happen with one of the 2g touch's i ordered it wasn't updated for about four days but then suddenly it was at my door. I say give it another day or two.

still no updates what so ever. this is less than awesome. and to think, some people worship these clowns.
 
yes, apples

it actually was an issue with apple and their dealing with customs. perhaps they could have taken 4+ days of customs into account when they promised delivery dates. the customer service person said they were sending out emails about the issue, but that I just didn't get it. I don't believe lines like that. so, it wasn't fedex.

Well I don't believe that it was really Apple either as when I ordered my 2G touch it came 4 days after I ordered it, and I don't see how a customs problem could be the cause.
