Shipping questions

Hi all,
As per my sig I've ordered my ipod and ibook.
Odd thing is....
The ipod 'shipped'from apple via sameday-right-away sept 10. they say they have not recieved it from apple yet (I cannot therefore track it).... I asked for express shipping. They (sameday) say that it usally takes 10 days for apple to ship.. (i think this is total BS).
Anybody have any experience with this company? should i call apple?
On a side note, my BTO ibook HAS shipped via fed-ex

I wonder if this means I'll get the BTO Ibook before the IN-STOCK ipod mini
Any thoughts?

it was ordered sept 10 from apple canada online education store.
ipod was shipped using sameday-right-away, (That is the shipping company's name).

got it figured out

well, for those who have looked at this, I did get it figured out.
my ipod is being held captive by canada customs
Apple figures that it'll get moving by tomorrow or monday.
On a side note I should also recieve my ibook monday

My iMac shipped with Same Day, I had regular shipping though. My shipment didn't actually show up in their database until the day it arrived.

man, you guys appear to have more success than me. I ordered from Apple telesales on the 8th. I received a noticed that it was shipped the same day with sameday. I checked samedays website and it said that it was expected for delivery on the 15th. Thursday now and still no delivery. I called sameday 3 times and all times they gave me the run around, now they say they can't find the package. I called Apple Cust Service and they are waiting to hear back from sameday as well. This company is terrible. Should have opted for the shipping charge..
