Shipping So Fast!?

WOW, I just got confirmation in my email that my shipping will deliver by March 3rd. That's amazing.. I chose "Standard Shipping" and the checkout form said it will arrive March 7th-12th. Then I check my email a few hours later and I get "Will be delivered by March 3rd"............ WHAT THE HELL? SO FAST? Am I dreaming?

yeah, i know what you mean. I clicked the "purchase now" button and about 30 seconds later there was a knock on the door. It was my niece, and she stopped over to say hi.

So many people are having their MBP's ship and here i am ordering a stock base machine and it still hasn't shipped....so sad

I did buy it with Bill Me Later but i figure that means that Apple has instant approval from them

FedEx has mine in Shanghai - it missed the daily cutoff to be sent overseas though Hopefully here the 29th!!!

Hey Doc, what is this cutoff you talk about? Mine says "Package received after FedEx cutoff". So does that mean mine missed it too?

Yes, it will go on the next plane available. Don't sweat it - it's pretty common - I've seen it with customized iPods and MBPs.

Don't forget that they are nearly a day ahead of us, too.

I just ordered a MBP about 8 AM (local) today. It is to be shipped in "1-3 days." The BBP - Medium Hamptons Choco Tango was already shipped by 2:53 PM.
