Shipping Status Question

So like a lot of people, 2 days ago my status went into "Preparing for shipping" and my AMEX was charged, and then yesterday it seems many started seeing the orders on the UPS website when tracking by phone number, Nothing shows on UPS or FEDEX yet for me, I was assuming since my status changed in the first wave the other night I would hopefully receive on Friday, if its not showing yet is that a concern?
 
Mine still shows Preparing for Shipment (now going on 3 days) and checking UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager gives nothing neither does tracking by reference # (phone number, order number)
 
apple site is back logged, mine has said preparing for shipment since monday. i did receive tracking info via UPS yesterday afternoon. it says its in transit. so don't believe what apple's site says, its logged back.:apple::D
 
Quite a few times with iPads and iPhones it would stay on preparing all the way up to Thurs night or Fri morning - and still delivered on Friday.
 
Try ups again. Search by reference number using your 10 digit phone number. Make sure to manually edit the date range to be 4/20 thru 4/23
 
I dint order until 4/12 and got a June date. I just checked my order status here in Australia and it's just changed to preparing for shipment! Hope that's good news!

Yeah thats what I have been doing but shows nothing, thats why I am wondering if I should be concerned.
 
I'm in the same boat as the OP. Charged at 5:03 on Monday yet no luck with reference or UPS My Choice. Not concerned yet but wish I had a little more peace of mind.
