Shipping Time and other questions

Ordered a MBP 2.4/2GB/160GB 7200RPM/15.4 Matte, its supposed to be shipping between July 3-6. Was just wondering if everyones orders have been shipping within the predicted ship dates?

Also I'm swiching from a pc to a mac and plan on using bootcamp with either XP or Vista. Which would you recommend and which has the least problems when installing?

Just got mine yesterday. It took less than a week! Now I'm just doing the ordinary clean and install.

I'm in Australia, I ordered a new iMac 2.4GHz on the 08/08/07. Delivery estimation date from apple? 05/09/07. Almost a soild month. Estimated time when I ordered online? 7-10 days. so almost TRIPLE (and that's if it comes on time!). Not too happy, especailly this being my first Apple computer.
