Shipping time from Apple Australia?

Hey, I just placed an order for a 12" PB today @ 11:51am, I got an email just before (9:28pm) saying it has been shipped. How long should I wait for it to arrive? Where do Apple products get shipped from for Australian customers? Thanks!
 
And also is there anyway of tracking the exact process of shipping? (i.e. Where the items are at the moment?)
