Ordered a rMBP last week! 2.7 16gb 256ssd

Having it shipped to the Apple Store in Honolulu for pickup but sadly it left Shanghai and flew right past the Pacific for Louisville, Kentucky (by way of Anchorage, Alaska).

Tracking says it cleared Customs today (12/12) and should arrive by "end of day" Thursday 12/13 but I'm doubtful.......

Agonizing wait.

Would I not be right in saying that hawaii does have some location based plus points too?

And it flew direct from Louisville to Honolulu! Out for deliver today!!

Acc to UPS: Exported out of Louisville and imported to Honolulu in 1 leg/segment, crazy.

Don't worry. I ordered mine on the 6th, shipped on 7th from Shanghai, flew to Japan, then Anchorage, then Kentucky, and received it yesterday, the 12th @ 2pm) at my front door in Kahaluu. Yep, it sure racked up the mileage on that trip!

It will be there on time, because of the time difference between Kentucky and Hawaii. The flight is about 8 hours, but with that difference in time it will be there. It's why overnight works inbound to Hawaii, but not outbound.
