iPhone XS Max Shipping/Upgrading

Hello!

I need some help. First of all, when will the iPhone 11 ship if I pre-order it today? I was told it’s shipped overnight.

Secondly, I have an XS Max as well. I am on the fence about upgrading to the Pro Max. I have the iPhone forever plan, but I am wondering if it’s even worth it this time around. I’m not a big photo and editing guy. Other than that, I don’t see much of an improvement. Any thoughts?
