how are the iphones being shipped? fedex? or ups? because that decides what time it gets delivererd to my house. i live in south florida near miami if that helps. i would prefer fedex cuz then id get it in the morning

It will get delivered whenever your UPS or FedEx driver comes to your location and hands you the box. Can't tell you what time that will be.

Last year they used Fedex and UPS I think. I know mine came UPS. Also, mine came earlier than usual because the UPS product they used said it needed to be delivered by like 1030. I know not all people actually got it before then though.

You do not have a choice in the matter. Where I live, FedEx is usually always earlier than UPS.

So funny, out here by me(los angeles) UPS seems to come early, Fedex later lol

I know that it is not always the case, which is why I said "always usually". I have read a lot on here where people say that FedEx comes earlier than UPS. I know that it depends on where you live, but where I live, this is the case.

Apple uses FedEx and UPS, both air and ground. For example last year some "launch day" 3GS's shipped direct from China via FedEx while others shipped direct from Texas via UPS ground. So until you get a tracking number its impossible to say w/ certainly how your iPhone will ship.

When I bought my MBP last year it was FedEx'd direct from China.

Seems like anything could happen next week.
