Hope you can help.

I have a UK iTunes account, but want to use it to buy South Park (latest episodes) items from the US iTunes store. Is this possible?

Thanks! :)

In a word, No.

However, if you have a friend in the states that could buy you a iTunes US music card ($25, $50 etc..) then you can sign up for a NEW account with a DIFFERENT e-mail address and download music and movies as long as you have sufficient credit.

I do this very thing with four stores, Australia, Canada, Japan and now the UK. I got the cards while travelling to those countries, however if you pay your friend, he may get one for you instead.

All you then need to do is enter a valid forged* US address.

*forged because you obviously wont have a real US address, so even giving Apple's address will work.
