Short iCloud restore from Mojave iTunes

17,1 iMac Mojave 24gb RAM + 2TB iCloud acct + 10.5” iPad Pro. In iTunes I backup to iCloud. Chose to RESTOR the 10.5” iPad Pro from iCloud backup. When finished, non of my music files, audiobook collection, personally made PDFs were in the 10.5” iPad Pro.

Why didn’t iCloud restore my 10.5” iPad Pro to full restore?
