Short Studio Display stand?

I don't regret my Studio Display purchase but I actually regret not paying the extra $400 for the height adjustable version. I've bought a couple stands. Problem is they are TOO high. I really just want it lifted an inch give or take and then it's perfect. Currently I have a book under it but would prefer a stand. Does such a stand even exist?
