Shortage of the iPad 2?

Its no secret that The new iPad pre-order sales were "off the charts" but what about the iPad 2? now $100 off the original price, any word of them flying off the shelves like hot cakes to the point of delayed shipping and such?

I think Ipad2 may still see a lot of sales, but they are not going to have shortgages.

...unless Apple intentionally cuts supply of the iPad 2 to try and force consumers onto the newest platform as their roadmap deals with planned obsolescence. Not saying they are or will but who knows.

Sorry, misread. Likely no shortages of the 2. 3 will likely be hard to get for a while though.

Well if you think about it, you can still get an iPhone 4 and 3Gs new from Apple. They may plan on selling the iPad 2 as a cheaper alternative for some time.
