Shortcut Confusion

I've searched, but am still confused...

I would like to create a url shortcut on the home screen to go immediately to a weather radar page I wrote for mobile devices about five years ago.

Can someone point me to a "how to?"

Navigate to the page, press the Bookmark "+" button, add to home screen.

Excellent... knew it had to be there and easy but it wasn't easy to find... and, I had been "there"... several times ;-)
