shortcut for cellular data on/off

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way to easily toggle cellular data on/off on the iphone 4?

I know where to find the switch in the settings, but it is too many steps to turn it on or off. What I want to do is have it off most of the time to save battery life, but enable it by clicking on a link on any of my home screens.

Is there an app for that?

On the iPhone 4 if you leave the setting page on that page, when you reopen it, that switch on that page will appear first. You won't have to click to get to that page if that is the last page you left. That is how multitasking works in iOS4.
