Shortcut for FaceID home screen access controls based upon location?

I'd like to be able to change my access to my Today View, Notification Centre and Control Centre when my iPhone is locked based on my location.

When I'm not at home, I keep all of them toggled to off when the iPhone is locked.

However, when I'm at home, I like access to them.

Having to do this manually is a bit tedious.

Is there a way, with a location based shortcut to automate this?
