Iphone Xr, IOS 13.1.2 - I have been trying to get shortcuts to do two different things and now I need to see if others know how to do it or can confirm there is an issue.

1) Set my ringer level with the shortcut does not seem to be possible, is that true or am I missing it?
--- I have a "Bed Time" shortcut which lowers my screen light, lowers my volume and starts a clock app so that when I put my phone on the charging stand I can use it as a bedside clock. As part of the shortcut I would also like to lower my ringer volume, since it's separate from "Volume", but I cannot find that option anywhere. Is it possible?

2) Make "Speak Screen" work with voice activation.
--- I have a shortcut (named "Read My Book") to open my Kindle app, to display my latest book, then raise the volume and Speak Screen so it will read the book to me while I'm driving. This works perfectly if I start the shortcut from the shortcut app or from the home screen, but does not work if I tell Siri to "Read My Book". Siri recognizes it, because it will open the book and raise the volume but it does not start speaking the screen. I have to then say "Siri, Speak Screen".

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.
