This may seem a stupid question but if anyone has an answer it would really help me.

I work across 2 screen, my MBP screen and a 40" Sony Bravia. Most of the time I use the screens in extended desktop mode with the MBP as the main screen which is great. However quite often I want to use the sony bravia as the main screen and so I have to go to System prefs > Displays > Arrangement > then drag the menu bar across - this is an annoying process which I have to repeat several times a day.

Basically, is there an easy way or shortcut to change which screen the menu bar appears on without going through this whole process?

Could I maybe use AppleScript? Im not even totally sure what this is though so I would need some help.
