iPhone Shortcut to execute menu option

I have an app (mytifi) that I use to control my Samsung TV. I manage to start the app with a shortcut, but now I want to execute a certain menu option (turn off the TV), but I don't know if that can be done with a shortcut.

Guessing no, as the app developer would need to implement a Shortcut method to do that.

If you install the Shortcuts app, you can scroll search for methods that apps support. In your case, search for mytifi and will see methods for that, if implemented. If nothing found, you can type "Add" to see a big list of apps that have some sort of "Add..." method.
