shortcut to launch camera with 3 second timer enabled

Hi,

Has anyone written a shortcut to launch the camera and then set the timer to 3 seconds automatically? I want to assign this to my action button as a selfie shortcut but want the timer enabled through the shortcut. Is this even possible?
