Shortcut to toggle cellular data

After updated to ios 17.2, I'm unable to create a shortcut that toggles from 5G to LTE.

When I select "Set Voice & Data" and try to select Radio Access Technology or Cellular Plan, I no longer get a option to select 5G Auto, 5G On or LTE.

Has this option been disabled in ios 17.2?
