Hello.
I've been searching the web for this shortcut, but I'm having a really hard time finding it. I'm looking for the keyboard shortcut go to to the top of the list in a Finder window (when files are displayed as list) and have the first file selected.
Say you're navigating with the up and down arrow keys through a folder that contains a lot of files. If your cursor is in the middle of the list, and you want to go to the top of the list, pressing the home key would take you to the top. However, this won't highlight the first file on that list, so if you press home and then an arrow key, you'll be back to the middle of the list. What I'm looking for, is a shortcut that takes me to the top of the list AND selects the very first file.
Does such shortcut exist? Thanks in advance.
