Shortcut Widgets

Is anyone else having issues running Shortcuts from the new widgets? Sometimes they work but mostly I tap one of the shortcuts and nothing happens. Eventually I get a "taking too long to run" notification. But then the widget won't work at all until I reboot the phone.
