Hello,

I've tried to set up a Shortcuts automation in iOS 13.1 to forward all calls to my home phone number when I arrive at home, and to remove the forwarding when I leave home. I did this by defining contacts with the standard GSM forwarding codes (for example, ##21# to remove forwarding) and using the Call action within the automation to call these contacts.

I've done this manually since the late '90s on various phones (including my current iPhone XS) and it works. However, when the automation is triggered, I get a notification stating "Automation failed - MMI or SSD is not supported". The same contacts work fine to enable/disable forwarding when called manually.

Is there any way to get the desired call forwarding automation to work?

Thanks
