Shortcuts issue with URL

I’ve got a couple of Shortcuts I downloaded that rely on pulling a URL that is copied to Clipboard.
I use one to save Instagram photos sometimes.
These now error saying that no URL has been passed through.

I guess this is something to do with the new Clipboard Privacy, but any idea how to get around it?
